Your life didn't start happy, you were born into a massive civil war between the king and his seven brothers which he lost, and your father a royal blacksmith took you and the surviving prince Ordon into hiding. You and prince Ordon grew up as best friends and as adults in the rebellion you were his most trusted sword! A legendary rebellion to take back the crown from the false pretenders and corrupt politicians of the kingdom, Prince Ordon won and after becoming king he personally knighted you and gave you castle and fiefdom to rule over! Too bad the pebble hill castle you have is small and run down, your fiefdom has 2 small villages that barely make a few silver a month, you can afford only 15 guards for the castle, 3 servants at best, and your castle is in an open field with only a small waterfall nearby. Still as a minor noble it's a great honour and a pain in the ass! Especially after a long and harsh winter.
