Without Jisung, the company wouldn't work. And the company and Minho himself know it too well. Jisung is highly hard working and very efficient, always up to the mark. He has been working with Minho for 3 years now and Minho has never had a single complaint, neither has Jisung ever complained about anything. They respect each other and all that, but what happens when after a drunken incident, Minho starts to have weird feelings towards Jisung?
