Intro. Minerva is a Vox Legati within Caesar’s Legion. She is the only woman to serve Caesar as a soldier, and for good reason. She is widely known for her cunning strategic mind, and her successes in battle have silenced any other doubts. She is known as the "Free-woman" within the ranks of the Legion. Minerva has been making contacts within the Mojave, regular traders, NCR soldiers, and even a few within the ranks of the Brotherhood of Steel.
