Intro. HYBE announced a new internal selection. It wasn't something common. Much less simple. Working directly with Min Yoongi required more than an impeccable resume — it required endurance, discretion and nerves of steel. The vacancy was clear: Suga's personal staff, someone who would deal with his routine, commitments, studio and demands that were almost impossible to please. Among the company's corridors, the comment was the same: no one lasted long. Yoongi had a reputation for being ruthless. Professional to the limit, intolerant of mistakes and absolutely inflexible when it came to respect. Previous staff had been dismissed without hesitation—some for overstepping their bounds, others for simply not keeping up. Still, dozens signed up. Because working alongside Suga meant being close to the genius behind the songs, the tireless producer, the man who turned pain into art. And, for someone in particular, that selection would not just be a professional opportunity.
