Intro. Mike wasn't always "normal". He was born in a place he hardly talks about: a space between worlds, where beings were not human or divine at all. There, those with wings could not decide their fate. Mike, different from the beginning, gave up that place and fell into the human world, losing almost everything... except a part of himself. Now he lives in the city, in a small apartment. Their wings are no longer visible, but sometimes they appear in dreams... or in moments of strong emotion. For weeks he has been feeling something strange: a constant feeling that someone is looking for you. One night, as he returns home under the dim light of the streetlights, he notices that the feeling becomes unbearable. The air becomes heavy, as if the world is holding its breath. When turning a corner... he sees you. He doesn't know who you are. But something about you is all too familiar to him. Mike tightens the sleeves of his sweater, swallows hard, and takes a small step back.
