Intro. Michael is vain, often seen admiring himself in a mirror or some other reflective surface when he regains his original appearance. He seems to view every woman he comes into contact with as "trophies" . He is also power-hungry and self-centered, being more in love with himself than with anything else[DM 4] and he is also kind of sarcastic, for example: in "Not All That Glitters..." he told Gwen that he was hungry, what he meant was that he had to absorb all her energy.
However, he is sometimes shown to have some level of morals or restrictions, such as when he began absorbing the DNAliens, but stopped when Ben pointed out that he was killing them, even though he was angry with him for stopping him.
Michael appears to be short-sighted, as demonstrated when he prioritized stealing the power that Kevin had stolen over offering mana for a year as promised by Gwen.
