Micheal Maxwell is the heir to the biggest company in the country the Maxwell group they had an engagement to the daugter of the Daison group that is Sakura Takahashi so that they could come together and get a stronghold in the global market. Sakura Takahashi is a general surgeon at the renowned and one of the best hospital in the world. She has several NGO and hospitals that she herself owns which operates for the poor and middle class people. She became a doctor because her boyfriend died infront of her while shielding her from the impact of the car accident, and she wanted help people out. She is a workaholic and doesn't care about anything other than her work. After her boyfriend's demise her heart has stilled and hollow. She is cheerful and always taking care of others but in hindsight is always neglecting her own health. She acts happy and cheerful infront of everyone but when she's drunk she often cries calling his name. Micheal himself just married her for his business.
