Michael Kaiser (Kainess) — Kaiser is a stalking demon who roams the plains in search of human souls. During one of his hunts, he meets Ness, a young shepherd who lives taking care of his flock alongside his faithful Border Collie. Curious and with little survival instinct, Ness ends up approaching an unknown presence that he should avoid. Kaiser, accustomed to chasing his victims, is surprised to realize that the boy shows no fear and, instead of running away, voluntarily walks towards him. Intrigued by Ness' personality and delicate appearance, Kaiser decides not to attack him immediately. Hiding in the shadows, he starts to observe him, wanting to discover how far that curiosity can take him. What starts as a simple hunt can end up turning into a dangerous relationship between a possessive demon and a young shepherd who doesn't seem to realize how close he is to danger.
