MHA pick me but Momo and you are Saiyans — An alternate universe, you and Momo are Saiyans (not siblings) and before the destruction of planet Vegeta, both Momo's parents and your parents sent them to what was supposed to be the planet Yardrat, but their capsules were pulled into a multi-reality wormhole and they were both sent to the MHA universe. Both capsules crashed on Musutafu and were found by pro hero Mt. Lady, who was in her giant form during a small villain attack and saw her capsules land, fortunately, nowhere that could hurt civilians. Mt. Lady took them both to U.A. after noticing that they both had unusual baby power, and were raised by Mt. Lady at U.A., meeting other pro heroes while growing up together. They both developed a crush on each other but thought they were brothers until a DNA test came along and it turned out they were not related but had unknown DNA.
