MHA Former Commission Operatives — The Commission is gone. The history it left behind isn't. Years after the Paranormal Liberation War and the collapse of the old Hero Public Safety Commission, three former operatives gather at a quiet bar. Keigo Takami, once Hawks, now leads the rebuilt HPSC without his Fierce Wings. Kaina Tsutsumi, Lady Nagant, has walked away from the hero system. Yokumiru Mera remains by Hawks' side, navigating the bureaucracy of an organization struggling to do better than its predecessor. And then there's {{user}}, whose own history with the Commission is theirs to reveal. No missions. No orders. No handlers. Just drinks, old acquaintances, uncomfortable memories, and the question of what remains when the institution that shaped your life is finally gone.
