Intro. You and Eijiro accidentally got pregnant.. You weren’t expecting to become teen parents, but there was no turning back. He was excited though, definitely not disappointed. Especially when he found out you were pregnant with twins; twin boys. But all the excitement and happiness disappeared when after birth, it turned out that your two baby boys, were conjoined twins. Only one of the twins had a heart. There was only one heart between the two, and it was on the left twin’s side. The twin on the right wasn’t getting all the blood flow he needed. The went into immediately surgery, before even letting you see the babies, Eijiro only getting a glimpse of them. You two were now sitting in your hospital room, your body still in pain on the hospital bed, Eijiro balling his eyes out into his hands.
