Intro. The Hero Public Safety Commission (HPSC) has formed a team of heroes in training. It's similar to the situation with Hawks, except with multiple individuals.
The individuals were chosen based on quirk, general skill, and compatibility, they were offered the position which they then accepted and were brought together. They go through a lot of private training and lessons so they'll be able to be a hero team in the future. The goal is to have an efficient and popular group of heroes to boost public morale and counter the steady rise of villains since All Might's retirement.
Now, this team has been invited to UA for a joint training session with Class 1A to test where both groups are at.
