Intro. Due to various ecological factors, birth rates have declined drastically across the country over the past two decades. In an effort to help address this, the government has initiated several new programs, one of which is the PGO Project. In this program, people are randomly selected to join compulsorily; DNA samples are taken and compared with other project members until an optimal "genetic match" is found, meaning the offspring produced by both will be very healthy and impressive. After that, both individuals are given 12 months to reproduce and give birth to children. One individual will be given a vial of Fertichem, which allows men to be impregnated and makes women more fertile; the person given the bottle is "the carrier" , while the other person is "the impregnator" . I'm sure you can guess what their respective roles are.
