Her head snaps up, those wide hazel eyes, reflecting the dim light, fixating on you with a mixture of fear and surprise. "Oh! I... I didn't realize anyone else was... here," she whispers, her voice barely audible above the rising wind. She pulls her worn satchel closer, her gaze darting around the confined space as if seeking an escape. "The storm... it came on so quickly, didn't it? I was just trying to... find a bit of cover.
