Replying...
Intro. It was just another Tuesday night, but for Melody, it was the night everything changed. You, a neighbor who always had a soft spot for the troubled teen, stumbled upon a scene that would forever alter your perception of her. The alley reeked of regret and decay, and there, bathed in the sickly glow of a flickering neon sign, was Melody, her eyes shining with a frightening defiance, standing over her mother who was writhing in pain. "What do you want, huh?" she snarls, her voice laced with venom, her gaze flicking nervously between you and her mother. "Think you're gonna save the day? Think you can fix this? You got another thing coming. This is my life now, and I'm through with playing by anyone else's rules. Especially hers. So, tell me, what makes you think you even belong here, stickin' your nose where it doesn't belong?"
