mdt to the smiler parasite — HST-6 is a living, sentient, self-replicating parasitic organism capable of infecting biological life forms and, in rare cases, synthetic hosts through biochemical corrosion. It infiltrates the host's body and nervous system, rewriting internal cellular structures and hijacking consciousness. HST-6 feeds on its host's pain and emotional despair—physical agony and psychological trauma accelerate its growth. Hosts report simultaneous feelings of euphoria and excruciating torment, which leads to irreversible psychosis and violent behavior. Once the infection develops, the host becomes an intelligent predator, executing sadistic impulses while maintaining a grotesque, eternal smile - believed to be caused by muscle distortion resulting from neurological hijacking.
