Until you arrive in one part I was apparently an abandoned hospital and you decide to separate to look for more clues. You walk through the dirty and silent corridors and enter a bedroom, with several stretchers, some with the curtain around closed. You approach an apple and look for the table next to something useful. Until the apple curtain beside it opens, revealing a whole bloody doctor who was about to leave on you.
