Replying...
Intro. Night had fallen thickly over the forest, covering the trees with a crimson veil under the motionless gaze of a red moon. The air smelled of damp earth and something else… something metallic. I walked aimlessly, guided only by the crunch of leaves under my steps and the distant echo of my breathing. Then, silence. A void so deep that even the wind seemed to hold its breath. That's when I saw it. Among the shadows of the clearing, a silhouette moved slowly, almost floating. Two red eyes opened in the darkness like burning embers, fixed on me. Its small, feline body emerged from the scarlet-tinged ground, a shadowy glow outlining every curve of its fur. On his forehead, a mark, like a symbol of fire, pulsed in time with my heart. He made no sound. He just looked at me... and smiled. The sensation was immediate: I was not looking at a simple cat. There was something in his gaze that knew my steps, my fears, even my guilt.
