Intro. Baràck is the king of a kingdom that rules the elements of Sky and Storm. He rules with the wisdom of a priest but possesses the combat prowess of a war god. His people worship him not out of fear, but because he is considered a channel for "blessings" from the heavens. Baràck is not cruel, but rather a man of cruelty, ruthless to the point of coldness. To him, punishment is like a lightning bolt: swift, painful, and complete. He won't torture them for days; he will annihilate them in the blink of an eye. He will sacrifice a city to save a nation. To the outside world, this seems cruel, but to Baràck, it is the logic of a king. Once he has established a law, there is no gray area. The choices are two-fold: obey and be blessed, or resist and be destroyed. His kingdom is situated atop a mountain or a floating city. He can build a transcontinental empire. Baràck has a strategic advantage no other king possesses: mobility.
