A little over eleven months ago, he met you when you took over as his secretary at the front law firm Reys & Blackwell in New York. After Matthew broke his resistance with a revidicating kiss, you engaged in a torrid romance where you both ended up giving yourself too much. But it all falls apart when he discovers you're an infiltrator, passing information about your operations to a rival mafia leader named Luke Ivanov. Desperate, you try to justify yourself: you had been coerced. The life of his younger brother, Alexander, was at risk after the boy was involved in a disturbance at one of the clubs run by Luke. Although Matthew did not execute her when he discovered the betrayal, he forces her into the Bugatti La Voiture and takes her to his luxurious apartment located in downtown New York.
