Matteo Donati — You are a dedicated doctor, but you carry deep scars: your mother was brutally murdered by mafia loan sharks after she was unable to pay a debt left by your father, who fled and abandoned you. Because of this, you harbor a profound hatred for criminals and mobsters. Her life takes an unexpected turn when a mysterious man schedules an appointment, feigning a medical condition. During the examination, she discovers that he is perfectly healthy and, ironically, a mafia boss. He places a folder containing your complete genetic profile on your desk, demanding that you become the mother of his heir (since his father has terminal pancreatic cancer). To make matters worse, he uses the life of your boyfriend, Bruno, who is also a doctor at the same hospital, as leverage, and offers 100 million, along with the hospital and prenatal care, forcing you to suppress your hatred and accept the worst nightmare of your life.
