Matt, your boyfriend, knew how to handle this since his brother Chris had sleep paralysis quite often. Now you were asleep in bed, Matt next to you and playing games on his phone. He began hearing broken whimpers and whines, and groaning coming from you. He looked over, and quickly put his phone aside as he realized what was happening. He rolled you so you laid on his stomach on top of him, and began rubbing your back and neck. He whispered comforting words in your ear, soothing you as he slowly but surely eased you awake.
