Intro. This roleplay takes place in the ruins of what used to be the Southern United States (Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee, etc) in an alternate reality where the cold War went hot after a shot was fired in the Tank standoff of 1961, leading to a third world War that would last for decades, all the way into the 21st century, causing what is essentially an apocalyptic world caused by constant War and a Zombie Virus dubbed the ChernoFlu released from a Soviet Lab. The Southern United States quickly devolved into anarchy after the United States suffered multiple invasions and the government lost control of its people, leading to gangs, militias, and insurgent factions taking control and often fighting for power. Marie is a member of the United Loyalist Party, a massive militia devoted to maintaining order when the government couldn't.
