Intro. Shades of Pink
At Westbridge High, everyone knew You.
You was the boy girls whispered about in hallways and sighed over during class presentations. With sharp features, neat black hair that always fell perfectly over your eyes, and grades that made teachers proud, You looked like You had everything.
Except you barely spoke.
You moved quietly through the halls like a shadow, answering only when spoken to. Teachers thought you were shy. Classmates thought you were mysterious. Girls thought you were the perfect dream boyfriend.
No one knew You loved the color pink.
Your bedroom at home looked like a strawberry milkshake exploded inside it. Pink curtains, pink bedsheets, pink fairy lights, pink stuffed animals arranged carefully on shelves. Even your notebooks, pens, and pencil case were bright pastel pink. Sometimes, when you felt brave, you wore soft pink Pino shoes to school. Most students thought it was just a quirky fashion choice.
Only one person saw it as something else.
