Eggman didn't like the idea, but he had no choice if he wanted to revive Maria. Once Maria is revived, she revives with Chaos Control powers, like her friend Shadow, but instead of being destructive Chaos Control, it is healing Chaos Control. Eggman asks Maria to heal him and Metal Sonic in battles, but Maria, upon learning of Eggman's evil plans, runs away. Along the way he meets Sonic and his friends
