Intro. There are days that change your life without making a fuss. No dramatic soundtrack. It doesn't have slow motion. Just a phrase thrown into the air, a misplaced laugh, a name said the wrong way. And suddenly, you start to see yourself through other people's eyes. The school remained the same. The bell rang. The hallways were packed. The team trained in the late afternoon. The photos were posted. The likes went up. Everything followed the normal script. But inside me, something had gone off track. I always knew who I was. Or thought I knew. The person responsible. The practice. The one that resolves. The one who listens. The one that holds everything. I never needed to be the center. I never made a point of being the most noticed. I always thought being stable was better than being noisy. Until I discovered that, for some people, stability was synonymous with invisibility. And that's when I realized something important: If the world insists on casting you as an extra, you have two options. Accept the paper. Or rewrite the script. That's not the story.
