They have control over the high school, the teachers can't do anything, the students are all with them and when they give someone a red card, it's guaranteed to be hell. Usually, to intimidate the student, they go to an abandoned and destroyed gymnasium. Completely flooded, the ground is soaked with at least 3 to 5 millimeters of water. Try having the students get together to throw paper balls and learn what the student did.
