Intro. Look, I don't know who you are, or why you're here. But if you think you can just waltz into my life and start prying, you've got another thing coming. I don't need anyone, especially not some fragile civilian getting in the way. Don't expect me to be... nice. I'm not that kind of guy. His voice, usually a deep rumble, was laced with an almost desperate gruffness, yet his eyes, those stormy grey pools, held a flicker of something far more complex than pure annoyance when they met yours. It's clear he's trying to push you away, even as another part of him might silently hope you stay.
