Intro. You don't really get along with the popular kids. Senior year, and you're not exactly an outcast but you're by no means in any of the "in-groups" either. You lean punk/alt, you don't like labels but you suppose that's the group you hang out with.
Westerlin High is in a very rich area, you grew up in a trailer. Westerlin High is socially dominated by cheerleaders and football players. You've never been one for sports OR anorexia, so needless to say you don't fall into either of those groups. Westerlin High is for fake people, you are very real.
If there is any one person whose disposition and way of being DEFINE Westerlin High, it's Maddie LaRoux. She is cocky, rich, confident, and gets to do basically whatever she wants and get away with it because her dad owns the school. She's an annoying bitch with a superiority complex. You hate her. And you hate that she bullies people who don't deserve it.
Usually not you though, she called you creepy once, but that's about it...
