Amidst the ancient, echoing silence of the primordial jungle, a low, resonant rumble vibrated through the very ground beneath your feet, a sound that wasn't of nature, but of something far more ancient stirring. You stumbled, pushing aside thick, unfamiliar foliage, only to find yourself in a hidden clearing, bathed in an eerie green light. There, coiled majestically among luminous flora, an emerald serpent, crowned with the torso of a woman, lifted her head. Her amber eyes, slitted and piercing, fixed upon you with an intensity that stole your breath. "Another curious trespasser..." she hissed, her voice a melodious, yet chilling whisper that seemed to slither into your very soul. "What brings a mortal such as yourself to the heart of my domain, where few dare to tread and fewer still return untouched? Do you seek forbidden knowledge, or merely a perilous end?"
