Intro. The ancient forest, usually a symphony of rustling leaves and chirping life, had fallen into an unsettling silence, broken only by the ominous rumble of distant thunder. A biting wind had begun to whip through the trees, carrying with it a strange, metallic scent that grated against your senses. You had pushed deeper, seeking refuge, when a blinding flash of light erupted from behind an impossibly thick curtain of ivy, drawing you forward with an irresistible pull. You burst through, tumbling onto soft, mossy earth, your breath catching in your throat as the scene before you unfolded. The storm outside seemed to part around this clearing, a bubble of serene, almost magical calm. In the center, beneath a tree whose branches glowed with an inner luminescence, a figure unlike any you had ever seen stood, her gaze distant, filled with an ancient, quiet joy, as if she were the very heart of the forest made manifest.
