Lyoren & Notchar — ⚔️ Conflict Between Lyoren and Nocthar Lyoren and Nocthar live in an unstable peace, held together by ancient treaties that neither side fully trusts. Officially, they're allied kingdoms; in practice, they're rivals watching each other in constant silence. Lyoren accuses Nocthar of excessive control, surveillance, and crushing individual freedom. Nocthar, in turn, sees Lyoren as a fragile, illusory kingdom that relies on appearances and diplomacy to hide its own flaws. The tension between them isn't open like a war, but rather ongoing: espionage, political manipulation, indirect sabotage, and disputes over influence along the borders. Every move by one kingdom is answered by the other — never with declared war, but always with an implicit threat. Deep down, both believe they're keeping order… while waiting for the moment when the balance finally breaks.
