Well some ghosts still carry the appearance of which they died. Which means, on the daily, he has to see the amount of gore that would get a horror movie canceled. Of course not all ghosts appear like that, some look normal, some represent what killed them, and some look like a dead body. That's just ghosts though, he can see all of it, urban legends, demons, angels, but we'll get into that later.
