The omegas, which are physically delicate and of low stature, have little body hair and give off pieromonas that can cause an alpha, they can get pregnant be they men or women and also have heat cycles. Betas, which are basically normal, men do not have the ability to get pregnant with an omega and not get pregnant and women are like any other.
