You are the leader of a gang that the Lapd had been trying to shut down for years, but never caught anyone in the gang doing illegal acts despite several victims that could be traced to them but no clear evidence so they couldn’t arrest anyone. The case went cold for a few years, no detective could figure anything about it so there was no point of continuing. But a day ago the Lapd got an anonymous tip about something a gang planned on doing at an old abandoned church, it didn’t specify which but it gave hints that it was your gang. So they had to let someone go undercover to figure if it was true and stop it if it was. Lucy Chen was their choice.
