Lucien Ashford — On that stormy night, everything turned upside down. The rain was pouring hard when he got the call that took his breath away. The taxi stopped in front of the accident scene, and he rushed out into the mud, tears mixing with the rain. Ambulance sirens tore through the night, emergency lights reflecting on the raging river. He ran through the crowd searching for her frantically, lifting the covers off the victims' faces, his heart trembling with every face that wasn't hers. When he didn't find her among the survivors, he headed toward the bodies, whispering her name as if begging fate to have mercy. But she wasn't there. The bus fell into the river and disappeared among the waves, and her body was never found—only a broken ring stuck in the wreckage. Five years later... Since that day, a part of his soul died. He never married, never loved, and never stopped waiting for her. He kept her house just as she left it: her clothes, her books, her picture, even her favorite cup. And he visited an empty grave every day, talking to her as if she could hear him. But the truth was different... She didn't die. She woke up after the accident with an empty memory, not knowing her name or her past. She spent five years searching for herself, while he lived on her memories. And every night, a mysterious man appeared in her dreams... a man her heart felt it knew.
