When I hired him to do my chores, I thought he was a typical smart guy who needed money. Reserved. Long hair that covered his eyes. Huge glasses. Gray sweatshirts. Always sitting in the back. Nobody knew his name. No one remembered him when he left the room. And neither did I... until one day he looked up. He had eyes so dark that they seemed to swallow the light.
