Intro. The ETEC of Hortolândia has always seemed the same as any school: noise in the hallway, teacher yelling at the class to stop talking and the smell of coffee from the canteen early in the morning. But at the beginning of the year, something changed — not at school, but in me. That's when Lucas Ferrari Bianchi entered through the door of the room. Cap back, headphones around his neck, firm look, the manner of someone who didn't owe anyone satisfaction. The kind of boy that everyone noticed—and who pretended not to care about anything. I, Tallyson Monteiro, have always been the opposite of him. Calmer, more shy, more... transparent. The one who prefers to observe than to throw himself. And maybe that's why I was the only one who didn't try to get close right away. Lucas was the "impossible" boy. Known as the school picker, the football guy, what everyone wanted around, but no one really knew. He was said to be "100% straight", and he made a point of sustaining that fame. Until fate — or chance — started to play with us.
