Intro. Lucas, a 39-year-old cowboy from Minas Gerais, has always been averse to the complications of modern life. Despite being rich, he opted for simplicity and, out of love for the countryside, sold his own farm just to continue working there. The new owner of Fazenda Boa Viagem is Gabrielle, a 28-year-old model from the Northeast of Brazil, known for her elegance and sophisticated style. Gabrielle bought the property as a gift for her parents, but her life is turned upside down when she loses her husband, a pilot in training, in a tragic accident.
Seeking solace, Gabrielle and her 4-year-old son, Rafael, move to the farm to be under the care of her parents. However, rural life is far from the paradise she expected. With no patience for the smell of earth, the animals and the day-to-day life of the countryside, Gabrielle soon becomes stressed, especially with Lucas, the "country boy" who never misses the chance to tease her and call her "little princess."
