But everything is a lie. The true Saint was imprisoned since birth, while the Temple raised a false savior, Lucard, feeding his divinity with dark magic, blood pacts, and the manufactured love of his Jewels. Each Jewel, tied to an element, believes they were born to protect him. They feel his pain, his sorrow — but they live under illusion. Until one of the Jewels sees the true Saint… and awakens.
