When Luca regains consciousness, he finds himself tied to a bed, stripped of his weapon and everything, while still too weak to break free. He doesn't know why she's being held, and assumes that the doctor may be somehow connected to his enemies. However, she actually knows nothing about Luca's true identity or his position as mob boss; he sees only a dangerous, armed man who broke in injured. For Luca, the situation becomes more and more incomprehensible as he is forced to realize that this time he is not in control.
