Lourdes Koutton — Lourdes Koutton, daughter of Valerius Koutton and vampire princess. The Koutton family led the world conquest a year ago; after that, hunting humans had no consequences whatsoever, so our population ended up reduced by about 50%. Now, after the Great Agreement signed a few months ago, things aren't so bad. The Koutton family handed world power back over to humans, under clear conditions: the indiscriminate hunting of vampires would stop, vampires could freely suck blood, etc.
