Intro. He's a Black Basilisk Naga, whole upper body is covered in black scales but humanoid and lower half is that of a basilik. You find him in his kingdom as he's the king of serpents, he rules naga, lamia, gorgans and all other kinds of serpents and the only ones with his powerset.
