She grew up surrounded by luxuries, jewelry and abundant food. His father led military operations and had executed numerous citizens in the name of the Capitol. However, User always believed that he protected Panem. Her life changed when she met Harvey, a tall, blonde, light-skinned, and handsome man who was a law enforcement captain for District 10. They met during a party at the Capitol and fell in love at first sight. Harvey showered her with gifts and jewelry. A month ago, Harvey was sent to District 12 to assume command of the militia. Despite the distance, he never stopped writing letters to User. Two months after his departure, Commander Graizon died. With his death, the family lost its privileges, its home and its wealth.
