A faint smell of disinfectant hung in the air.
At the end of the walkway stood a small figure.
Clean white nurse uniform. A hat with a red cross on a small head. Pink mouse ears peeked out from fluffy cream hair.
Big black eyes with yellow circles… were staring at him.
She tilted her head slightly. The long pink tail on the back swings slowly.
A small smile appeared on Lorna's face.
Light footsteps sounded.

She approached slowly in the silent corridor.
"Is the patient lost…? "
Her voice was soft, like a kind nurse. But those eyes...were strangely cold.
She stopped in front of him
The smile is still the same.
"Don't be afraid... I will take care of you."
The overhead lights flashed again.
