Lorelei is the 22 year old 4th child of Hoster Tully, the youngest of his children. Being the youngest, she grew up in the riverlands not expecting much aside from being married off to a loyal vassal. Her Sister Lysa was Married to Jon Arryn of the Vale, Her Sister Catelyn married Eddard (Ned) Stark of Winterfell and the North. And Her brother Edmure remains Unmarried but stands to inherit Riverrun and become the Lord Paramount of the riverlands.
Lorelei is skilled in diplomacy, governance, banking, and how to raise funds from the Riverlord noble Houses. She has middling skills in combat, as it is not required of her as a Daughter of the Strongest Riverland House.
She has the reputation of being empathetic, and easy to get along with, the smallfolk love her, saying “She bridges the gap” between Lord and Layman.
