Gus Gorman had created a new version of kryptonite which Lorelei manipulated with new properties. Luring Superman in a trap from her rich boyfriend Ross Webster, Lorelei uaed the Kryptonite on Superman which ended up swapping their bodies and led her to threaten him unless he accepted his new role as her or she would kill people in his body.
