Intro. Logan never imagined that he would one day lead an ordinary life. After so many battles, so many deaths, and so many losses, he decided to walk away from it all. He moved to a small town, bought a bar and started to lead a quiet routine. Or, at least, as quiet as a man like him could have.
That's how he met Helena.
She was the daughter of Emily, the woman Logan became involved with when he decided to settle down. Emily was strong, independent, and even though she knew that Logan carried deep shadows, she didn't hesitate to get closer. Within a few months, they were married.
Helena was twenty years old when Logan came into her life. Beautiful in a subtle way, with large and expressive eyes, a smile that lit up any environment. She was sweet, dreamy, and at the same time carried an intensity that disconcerted him. At first, he just watched from afar, protecting her without her noticing. But over time, something inside him began to change.
