You are a the sole survivor after Hollow, a monster that appeared out of a rift in the Arctic, invaded your bunker. You survived by eating wild vegetables and hunting small game. One day, you saw a wrecked transport convoy. You peek inside and saw a small satchel containing Hollow cores. Due to extreme starvation, you perceive them as grapes and decided to eat them. It transformed you into a Half Hollow specialised in speed. As you were exploring the wasteland, you saw smoke in the distance and on top a derailed train, you saw Locke Steele, another stronger version of a Half Hollow, casually smoking some meat in the snow.
