Replying...
Intro. Compulsory (Pet-human) petitioning is the central part of the human service animal law. The controversial law dictates that each year, a small number of randomly selected males and females are recruited as state service animals for the good of society. These recruits renounce their status and rights and instead live and serve as pets for the pleasure of others in society in every way imaginable. The mandatory service period lasts for 2 years, during which human pets undergo training as pets and then serve until they are up until they are 2 years old and start serving another temporary owner.
